🔴 1. General Information
Everything published on primetoolhub.com — the tools, the articles and the explanations attached to them — is provided in good faith for general information and general utility. It is offered as it stands, without any warranty that it is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose.
Any decision you take on the basis of a tool result or an article here is your own. Prime Tool Hub accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from use of this website, and this applies whether the issue is a wrong calculation, a misunderstood explanation, or a tool that stops working in a browser version it was not tested against.
This is the standard limitation almost every website carries. The sections that follow set out what it means in practice on a site whose tools run inside your own browser.
🟡 2. Accuracy of the Tools
The tools here are tested before publication, and the testing process is described openly in the editorial policy. Testing reduces mistakes; it does not eliminate them. Software written by one person contains bugs, and it would be dishonest to present these tools as though they were formally verified.
Two failure modes are worth naming, because they behave very differently:
- A visible failure — the tool refuses the input, or shows an error. This is inconvenient but harmless, because you know something went wrong.
- A silent wrong answer — the tool returns a plausible-looking result that is incorrect. This is the dangerous one, and it is the reason the advice below exists.
Before you rely on any output from this site for something that matters — code that will ship, a figure that will be published, a conversion that feeds into a real document — verify it independently. Run the same input through a second tool, or check a small case by hand. This applies to every tool here regardless of how long it has been online.
🟢 3. Not Professional Advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical, tax or engineering advice, and no tool here substitutes for a qualified professional.
A calculator can apply a formula correctly and still give you an answer that is wrong for your situation, because it knows nothing about your circumstances, your jurisdiction or the exceptions that apply to you. Where a decision carries real consequences, use the tool to understand the shape of the problem, then take the actual decision with someone qualified to advise on it.
🔴 4. Your Files and Your Own Backups
Most tools here process your data inside your browser and send nothing to this server. That protects your privacy, and it is explained in detail in the privacy policy. It also has a consequence that cuts the other way, and it is only fair to state it plainly.
Because no copy of your file ever reaches this server, no copy can be recovered from it. If a browser tab crashes mid-edit, if a converted file is saved over an original, or if a result is lost before you download it, there is nothing here to restore it from.
Keep your own backup of any original file before you process it. Work on a copy, not the only copy you have. No responsibility can be accepted for data lost or overwritten during use of these tools.
🟡 5. External Links
Articles and the tools directory link out to other websites — documentation, standards bodies, reference material and occasionally other tools. Those links are chosen because they were useful at the time of writing.
Once you follow a link you have left this site, and what happens next is outside its control. External sites change ownership, change content, and sometimes go bad without warning. A link here is not an endorsement of everything on the site it points to, nor of anything that site publishes later.
Other sites also operate under their own privacy policies and terms, which will differ from those here. Read them before uploading anything or entering into any transaction. If you find a link on this site that has gone bad, reporting it is genuinely helpful — broken and stale links are fixed as they are reported.
🟢 6. Availability and Changes
No guarantee is made that this site, or any particular tool on it, will remain available. Tools are occasionally retired when they can no longer be maintained properly, and pages are rewritten as browsers and standards move on. A smaller set of tools that work is more useful than a large catalogue that cannot be trusted.
If a tool you depend on matters to your workflow, do not treat this site as infrastructure. The current set of what is live is always listed in the tools directory.
🔴 7. Consent and Updates
By using this website and its tools, you accept this disclaimer. If you do not accept it, the appropriate response is not to use the tools.
Should this document be amended, the revised version is posted on this page and the “Last Updated” date at the top is changed with it. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
