These posts are about building things students actually engage with: interactive quizzes that give feedback instead of a score, flashcards that use spaced repetition rather than a stack you flip through once, image hotspots for labelling a diagram, and cryptograms and word games that smuggle vocabulary practice past a bored fourteen-year-old.

The angle is practical. What works in a computer lab with twenty machines and a flaky connection. Why a browser-based activity that needs no login beats a platform that needs twenty student accounts you have to create and reset. How to hand a student an activity they can open on a phone at home without you having bought anything.

Written from classroom experience, including the parts that did not work. If an approach sounds good but falls apart with a real class, the post says so.
